Join us at our 2025 Wellness Onsite Workshop. We will hear about Weber State University’s, award winning wellness program. In addition, we will create meaningful conversations with other wellness professionals, connect with valuable resources in the community and come away with new ideas to rejuvenate your wellness program!
The Employee Wellness Program at Weber State University goes beyond standard biometric screenings and wellness incentives by integrating personalized coaching, small-group training, and semester-long wellness initiatives designed to support real lifestyle changes for over 700 participants. The wellness program encourages employees to prioritize their health by championing policy change to include up to three paid hours per week for wellness activities, a unique benefit that provides time and flexibility to prioritize employee health.
