2025 Sponsorship & Exhibitor Registration

Each year the Utah Worksite Wellness Council hosts a conference for professionals seeking to develop, engage, and promote corporate wellness programs. The conference brings together professionals from the human resource and multiple wellness industries to discuss and brainstorm successful corporate wellness solutions. The UWWC conference has a reputation in the corporate wellness community as an industry-specific conference with up to 200 attending participants from Utah and surrounding areas.

We are excited to announce our conference theme this year is Well by Design. Our conference will be held on April 30, 2025 at the Zion’s Bank Technology Center in Midvale, Utah.

We are excited to announce we have changed our format this year for our conference, and it will now by a one- day, jam-packed event. We hope with this change, it will allow more professionals to sneak away for a learning opportunity. There will still be an opportunity to exhibit at our separate awards luncheon event held on April 29, 2025 at the same venue.

We will be using Whova for our conference web platform and app. There are many great features to this platform, which will be highly valuable. They include:

• Network with attendees and know your audience before the conference
• Create a virtual booth experience
  • • Can upload Video, Documents, Have Live Streaming Opportunities and Chat
    • Lead Generator List
    • Request Meetings
    • Event Report Summary to showcase how successful the event was
    • Upload Promotional Offers
    • There will be opportunities for sponsor logos, and banners on the platform as well as an information page about the exhibitors.

During the in person conference, exhibitors will be set up in the main room. Attendees will be given 15 minutes between sessions to meet with exhibitors. To encourage attendees to interact with exhibitors, attendees can have Exhibitor Cards signed off at each exhibitor station. Attendees can then submit cards for raffle prizes. Each exhibitor is required to donate a gift (worth up to $50) to support the Exhibitor Card Raffle.

***If you plan to have additional attendees please pay $150 for each additional attendee during the registration process. You will need to do a separate transaction for the sponsorship/exhibitor spot and a then a transaction for the additional attendees(s). Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note: If a refund is needed for any reason, overpayment, registered twice, changed mind etc. we will refund the full amount minus any transaction fees that were assessed. The last day for refunds will be March 31, 2025.
