Conference Theme + Tracks
The 2025 UWWC Conference theme is “Well By Design”. This will be a conference dedicated to exploring the intersection of wellness, creativity, and intentional, results-focused wellness programming.
Speakers should present on ways employer wellness/benefit program administrators can intentionally design their programs to meet their defined goals, or how they can encourage their employees in be intentional with designing their lives while embracing all pillars of health.
The conference will feature two concurrent tracks for participants to attend.
The Program Administration Track will feature presentations on how to effectively execute a successful worksite wellness program, such as (but not limited to):
- Making the business case for wellness
- Program evaluation
- Involving leadership in your wellness strategy
- Strategically planning a wellness program
- Creating engaging content
- Compliance
- Marketing/Communications
- Infusing wellness into your culture
- Creating wellness advocates
- Leveraging claims data to improve strategy
- Effective incentives/strategies to influence behavior change
The Wellness Skills Track will feature presentations on specific wellness behaviors and competencies which program administrators may like to encourage their employees to develop, such as (but not limited to):
- Emotional intelligence
- Addiction recovery
- The science of improving health engagement and outcomes
- Building relationships
- Developing resilience
- Mental health protective factors
- The importance of preventive care
- Overcoming burnout
- Cultivating intrinsic motivation
- Chronic disease management
If you have a topic not listed above but feel it would be beneficial for conference attendees, we welcome additional subject matter and relevant hands-on sessions providing attendees the opportunity to utilize the information being shared.
