Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is Utah’s most distinctive and extraordinary event venue destination. Our 300,000 gallon habitat, showcasing sharks, sea turtles, stingrays, and colorful reef fish, offers an unparalleled backdrop to your event. The flexible venue space has over 11,000 square feet, including two ballrooms, a pre-function area, patio, and can accommodate up to 500 guests. If your event has more than 500 guests, the Aquarium’s 37,000 square feet of lobby and exhibit spaces give you the opportunity to grow your guest list to 2,000.
Springing to life mid-2020, the Rio Tinto Kennecott Plaza will serve as an immersive community gathering space. It will feature a variety of events, interactive exhibits, outdoor animal exhibits, imaginative play areas, and enough space for up to 7,000 guests. The plaza is crowned by the 165-foot mega-structure, EECO (Ecosystem Exploration Craft & Observatory). Notable for touring the globe with rock band U2’s 2009-2011 360° Tour stage, EECO will stand as a Utah landmark and symbol of science exploration and learning.
