Our annual awards luncheon will be held on April 29, 2025, from 12-1:30 pm at The Zion’s Bank Technology Center in Midvale, Utah. This will be a separate event from the conference.

The award application fee is only $25. This guarantees submission and eligibility for both the UWWC Healthy Worksite Award and the Innovation Award. The award application fee DOES NOT include lunch. You can purchase as many lunches as you’d like for your organization. Luncheon tickets are $35 each. Awards luncheon ticket purchase deadline is April 15, 2025. No additional lunches will be available for purchase after this date.  If you would like to purchase/reserve a table, please send us an email at awards@utahworksitewellness.org.

If you would like to apply for the award, but will not be able to pick the award up in person, we are happy to mail you your award plaque, but you will need to pay for shipping during the payment process.

Please note: If a refund is needed for any reason, overpayment, registered twice, changed mind etc. we will refund the full amount minus any transaction fees that were assessed. No refunds will be given after April 15, 2025.
