Our annual awards luncheon will be held on April 22, 2026, from 12-1:30 pm at The Zion’s Technology Center in Midvale, Utah. This will be a separate event from the conference.

When paying the award application fee, you may choose to either get one ticket to the awards luncheon or have your award shipped, all in one convenient fee of $55. This guarantees submission and eligibility for both the UWWC Healthy Worksite Award and the Innovation Award. If your team will attend the awards luncheon, you can purchase as many additional lunches as you’d like for your organization. Luncheon tickets are $35 each. The awards luncheon ticket purchase deadline is April 13, 2026. No additional lunches will be available for purchase after this date.

Please note: If a refund is needed for any reason (overpayment, registered twice, changed mind, etc.), we will refund the full amount minus any transaction fees that were assessed. No refunds will be given after March 31, 2026.
