Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognized, evidence-based training program that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Just like CPR or traditional First Aid, MHFA equips you with the tools to assist someone in crisis until professional help is available.

This training covers a range of common mental health and substance use challenges, including:
• Depression and mood disorders
• Anxiety disorders
• Trauma
• Psychosis
• Substance use disorders
• Self-care strategies
